We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for all our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • Your request is made within 7 days of the original purchase.
  • You provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Refunds will not be granted for issues that are beyond our control, such as your internet connection speed, issues with your specific device, or if you simply changed your mind after using the service for more than 7 days.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Free trial accounts (as they are free).
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days.
  • Accounts that have been suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., restreaming or account sharing).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please open a Support Ticket or message us on WhatsApp with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]". Our billing team will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Once approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Crypto) within 5-10 business days.
